Due to the nature of our product as a consumable health supplement, we must maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.

1. Final Sale & Hygiene

Because That Wood Male Performance Boosting Strips are an ingestible product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. To protect all our customers, we cannot restock or resell any item that has left our controlled environment.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@useyourlumber.com.

• Include your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging/product.

• We will issue a replacement or a full refund for the affected items at no cost to you.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they have been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
